What is LAMOON?
LAMOON Pet Care Academy is a Thai platform for learning pet care and earning verified Pet Worker credentials — featuring micro-video lessons, scenario quizzes, public verify links, and worker profiles.
Is the LAMOON certificate a veterinary license?
No. Our certificates are Certificates of Completion — they confirm a learner passed LAMOON's lessons and scenario exam. They are not a veterinary license or formal behaviorist credential.
How long does a certificate stay valid?
All certificates are valid for 2 years. We send renewal reminders at 90, 30, and 7 days before expiry. Purchase a new LAMOON Care or Pro package to renew.
What score do I need to pass the quizzes?
At least 80% per lesson with a quiz. You can retry as many times as needed.
Is lesson 1 really free?
Yes — lesson 1 of every course is free for signed-in members. Progress is saved only after you purchase the package.
Can I get a refund?
We refund within 7 days as long as no certificate has been issued. Email [email protected] with your payment ID.
How is my personal data handled?
We follow Thailand's PDPA, authenticate via Google OAuth (we don't store your password), and do not sell data to third parties. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
What is a Pet Worker?
Anyone offering pet sitting / daily care / dog walking. You must complete the LAMOON Pro course, pass the scenario exam, and have your application reviewed by an admin before your public profile goes live.
