Terms and conditions for using LAMOON Pet Care Academy

1. Use of service

A LAMOON account is for individual use. Sharing certificates or login credentials may result in account suspension and certificate revocation.

2. Payments and refunds

All prices are in Thai Baht (THB). Refunds available within 7 days if no certificate has been issued. Refunds are processed via Stripe.

3. Certificates

A LAMOON certificate confirms course completion only — it is not a veterinary license. Holders must not misrepresent it or use it as a substitute for veterinary care.

4. Pet Workers

Worker profiles become public after admin verification. LAMOON is not liable for disputes between workers and customers. Workers must follow the Worker Service Standard.

5. Limitation of liability

LAMOON content is foundational knowledge, not medical advice. In emergencies, contact a veterinarian immediately. LAMOON is not liable for decisions made by users.
