1. Data we collect

• Google OAuth profile data: name, email, profile photo (no password stored)
• Learning data: progress, quiz scores, certificates earned
• Payment metadata via Stripe (no card numbers stored)
• Data you submit: pet profiles, worker application, service details

2. How we use it

• Deliver pet care education and certificate verification
• Send transactional emails (payment, certificate, renewal)
• Improve course quality (aggregated analytics only)

3. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share with vendors only as necessary: Google (login), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Railway/AWS (hosting + database).

4. Your rights (PDPA)

• Request access to your data at any time
• Request correction or deletion of personal data
• Withdraw consent (may affect service availability)
• File a complaint with PDPC if not satisfied
